New South Wales To Launch New High Risk Terrorism Offenders Unit
A spike in the number of youths jailed in New South Wales on terrorism offences has prompted the creation a "countering violent extremism unit" inside the juvenile justice system.

There are currently five juveniles locked up for terror-related offences, but law enforcement agencies predict that number will rise.
The New South Wales state government says it's also open to toughening laws so young prisoners can be kept locked up for longer if necessary.
Inmates deemed a risk would have phone calls, mail and visitors restricted.
