The Mako Group offers FAB DEFENSE KPOS 18 Glock-to-Carbine Conversion Kit.
Concealed carry for professional operatives, while providing a higher level
of accuracy and control, even in full-auto.
Farmingdale, New York,– The Mako Group, a leading USA distributor of unique weapon accessories, optics and holsters, plus EOD and breaching products, has added the KPOS 18 Glock-to-Carbine Conversion Kit to its expanding line of KPOS pistol enhancers. With this addition, The Mako Group now offers pistol-to-carbine solutions for Glock 17, 17L, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 31, 32, 34, 35, plus Sig 226 and Sig Pro.
All KPOS pistol-to-carbine conversion kits are designed and manufactured by FAB DEFENSE, widely recognized as a global leader in weapon accessories.
Products available from The Mako Group meet the needs of Special Forces units, military, law enforcement agencies, SWAT teams, security organizations, and civilian weapons enthusiasts
All KPOS units have been designed to enable secure concealed carry under a light jacket or in a briefcase or purse, while giving the professional security operative instant access, better control and much greater accuracy at greater distances than possible with the pistol alone.
The KPOS 18 carries that even further, by taming otherwise hard-to-control fully automatic fire.
KPOS features include a folding stock; small size (smaller than other conversion kits or a Micro Uzi); simple drop-in installation; mounting to front and back of pistol frame; built-in charging handle; single-point sling; folding stock; rubber buttpad; top, bottom and side rails. It can be used with or without a suppressor, works with ported pistols, and provides instant access to the full-auto selector switch.
Construction is rugged aluminum and steel for maximum strength, longevity and accuracy.
FAB DEFENSE engineers have taken exceptional care in the development of KPOS pistol-to-carbine conversion kits, to ensure that many of the operating problems encountered with other manufacturers’ units do not exist in KPOS. For example, with other brands, carbon fouling in the front of the slide, frame and barrel areas often stop pistols from working properly. KPOS does not have this problem. KPOS allows the use of the pistol’s own sights because its patented recharging handle does not interfere with these sights, as do those of other brands.
KPOS is designed to eject brass effectively without the need for an added deflector. Other brands have added brass deflectors, but these often bounce brass back into the action, causing a jam. Unlike other units that add little or no stability to the pistol, allowing it to flex within the conversion frame, KPOS actually increases pistol stability and maximizes performance.
Manufacturers’ suggested list price is $587.25. See it at your favorite gun dealer, or visit www.themakogroup.com.
